In July 2009 Atty. Ethelbert Ouano decided to chart Cebu events, parties and spots via a website. Atty. Ouano had formally worked for some major IT companies in Cebu – designing and building websites and desktop applications. He aims to provide Cebu travellers and locals the latest news, bargains and hot spots within the province while applying his experience as an IT professional.
