Another way of learning peoples and culture aside from traveling is to watch them being artistically showcased in a movie. Mosfilm Studios in cooperation with the Embassy of the Russian Federation, Film Development Council of the Philippines, Arts Council of Cebu Foundation, Ayala Center Cebu and the Philippines-Russia Friendship Society, Inc., is inviting Cebuanos to learn the intriguing culture of Russia as we celebrate the 35th anniversary on June 2, 2011 the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Russian Federation and the Republic of the Philippines.
